My trip to the states meant that i’ve only just signed, numbered and embossed the ‘High Roller’ prints. 50cm x 70 cm, they are a 11 colour silk screen on 375gsm Lambeth Drawing Cartridge paper, an edition of 50 printed by the amazing Mesh in Bristol. They are available from Graffik Gallery for £150. Sorry for the delay, it was tricky print job with so many colours and took a couple of screens more than were first produced to get it looking more like the stenciled version. Thanks for your patience, think the wait was worth it!

High Roller
Releasing this print today ‘High Roller’ A 10 colour print on 370 gsm Lambeth drawing cartridge 51cm x 72cm (20″ x 28″). It’s an edition of 50 available from here, It’s £150 plus P&P
An end of year clear out of the drawers has unearthed a few old favourites from the last few years, actually turned up quite a lot of paper. So with an eye on christmas and in the spirit of the season i’ve collated a few affordable low edition paper works for the Graffik Christmas party on Thursday December 12th starts around 6.30pm. Mulled wine and mince pies, probably accompanied by a crafty smoke and squinty eyes, there’s chances to win prints and photocopy your arse on the office copier. For more info check Graffiks FB
Christmas Special
I’ve been digging through the drawers, looking at all the odds and sods i have there for a forthcoming christmas show at Graffik Gallery. Things are tough out there this Christmas season and the idea behind the show is affordable gifts for the festive season, so i’ve dug out some old and unreleased stuff that fits the price range for the show. While i was looking for things to put into their show i came across a stack of miss prints from my Toy edition. It’s a long story behind why they got printed, the reasons lie somewhere between a birth, an email and a change of printer… but the result was a series of prints that placed the bear in the centre of the page and not on the right hand corner as they finally appeared…These have been taking up space for some time now so in the spirit of the season here’s details of a unique print release that won’t break the bank.
The red letters go up to R and they are blue from S to Z
Here’s the idea, there are 26 in the series each one a 1/1 unique hand finished print. Its a 5 colour silk screen print hand finished with an acrylic rollered letter at the bargain price of £45 plus P&P. I will be releasing these through the shop on this site on Tuesday the 10th of December. Prints will be posted as soon as orders come in to make sure that they are with you by Christmas. Any questions should be directed through the contact page on this site.
Happy Christmas all!
I should Coco
Well it’s here, the much requested and much against my better judgement; a whopping 9 colour bloody silkscreen, yep thats right 9! And not just 9 pulls, oh no! That would just be tooooo easy, there’s in excess of 15 pulls in this print. It’s been printed by those lovely guys at K2. Entitled “I should Coco” its an edition of 50 on 250gsm white Somerset paper, signed and embossed, made in collaberation with Reed Projects gallery in Stavanger. Mail them if you want one, but i think its being released primarily to visitors to the gallery on the 9th of November.
A Boy
Its summer and from mid way through this month i’m rarely in the studio till after Nuart in October. So i thought i’d release the last print from a batch of printing that was done over the winter. You may remember it from Robin Hood Tax posts from before.
They are an 2 colour Edition of 43 on 300 gsm arches 88
£25 with P&P £10
You can get them here
TOY print release….finally
So finally here is the TOY print, much delayed and with an entire miss print run in between. 5 colour silkscreen on 300 gsm arches 88 cotton rag 56x76cm hand finished with a roller and red acrylic paint. Its a slightly smaller edition of 41 rather than the 50 previously stated, but the price is still the same £80.
Postage and packing is £20 which sounds steep but each print comes double tubed and trackable, the extra weight of the tube system adding to the postage. These things are post proof, there is nothing worse than getting something that has been smashed up in transit is there. Those within the UK will receive there prints with royal mails next day delivery, outside the UK will be sent Royal Mail Airsure. You can buy there here.
All come blind stamped signed and numbered with an accompanying C.O.A
There is a smaller blue edition of 7 in blue at £140 plus £20 P&P
you can buy there here
TOY print news
Ok so the prints are finally in my hands, just starting to sort the hand finishing and should be dropping them tomorrow evening so check back here then. Thanks for your patience.
Toy print delayed
Sorry if your checking this to find out about the latest print release, it will be unavoidably delayed till mid next week. Apparently the courier is avoiding picking the dam thing up. Will get you more news as it happens. Again sorry for the delay!
TOY print release
Apologies if your checking the site to find out about the next Dotmasters print release, there has been a delay. I won’t say too much now, as we are still all trying to fix the faults that mean that the release is delayed ie. reprinting the edition again….i know, a pain, but these things have to be right. The new release date will be next friday the 18th. Any way below is a taster of the forth coming print with out the hand finishing, the full painful story will be told when it drops next week. Sorry folks, but good things come to those that wait…..apparently.
The above is the printers proof so colours may vary to the finished print, it will be an edition of 50 hand finished with the TOY hand finished in mini rollered in red acrylic on arches 88 white 300gsm cotton rag 56cm x 76cm at £80. All prints will be double tubed to prevent damage during postage.
The history of the piece is that it was painted for the Nuart Landmark series two years ago and proved a firm favorite with the people of Stavanger.
